Loading and Transportation is the responsibility of the buyer. Loading will ONLY occur by appointment at both the Huntsville, AL and Nashville, TN locations. No purchases can or will be removed until the end of the sale. No purchases can or will be removed until full payment has been received. No skidding, crating, wrapping, strapping, or other similar shipping preparations will be provided. Both locations have the ability to load onto buyer’s transportation. Hardy Machinery, Pearl Equipment, and their employees shall not be held responsible or liable for any damages resulting during the loading procedure.
