REMOVAL WILL BE SCHEDULED or by shipping ONLY. All buyers wishing to pickup their items in person will need to SCHEDULE A PICKUP time. Pickup JULY 14 -July 20 (8am-6PM). We will be placing lots on pallets and bringing them straight to the gate for pickup by buyers. Any item needing to be shipped can be facilitated for a charge - SOME LOTS DO NOT HAVE SHIPPING AVAILABLE - these lots are marked on the lot listing. ALL of the lots will have a $1.00 handling/ rigging charge - This fee will cover the cost for an insured rigger to remove your won items and relocate them to the outside gate for scheduled pickup. We will have a skid steer on site for loading of trucks and trailers. SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE! We can pack and ship heavy or light items. All shipping charges can be billed to the buyer or billed to the buyers UPS account. 50.00 Per pallet shipping fee. We will attempt to safely palletize large lots as big as we can. Multiple pallets will be required if it is deemed unsafe to place all of your won lots on a single pallet. Please be aware there is a 50.00 fee PER each pallet! Small lots will be shipped Via UPS. Small shipping fees will be determined based on size and quantity of packing materials required. Items over 65 lbs will not be shipped via UPS. Contact us if you have any questions!
