The Purchaser will be responsible & liable for all equipment to be dismantled, removed & loaded off the premises. Pending on the equipment sold, cases from one lot to another may vary and merits will be executed on works on hand. Dismantled machines or items must leave within 72 hours after sales. Any extended time will occur charges of 3% on total bill, also, International TEQ will not be liable, for any lost or damaged goods.
