ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BEFORE 12:00 PM (CENTRAL) ON OCTOBER 15, 2021.The buyer is solely responsible for the pick up and removal of pieces bought. All removal logistics must be arranged by the buyer to align with the removal deadline. The purchaser is responsible for payment of all fees associated with removal and/or dismantling of said purchases. It is possible for Hemphill to help with loading pieces. However, assistance could be subject to a labor fee, based on the scope and labor demand of the equipment or items purchased. Pricing of labor and assistance is subject to seller's discretion. This needs to be worked out with the seller prior to pick up on Aucto's messaging portal. Items can only be removed once full payment is received by the seller. The buyer accepts any liabilities that might occur during the on-site removal process and agrees that Hemphill LLC is not liable in any way. If the buyer fails to remove their pieces before the deadline, the seller reserves the right to hold, sell, or dispose of purchased items without notice at any time after the removal deadline. The seller holds complete discretion as to whether a longer removal period will be provided.
