The items are sold on an as is where is basis and the sale is complete as soon as the bid is accepted.
All costs necessary for the transportation of the aforementioned unit(s) will be at the expense of the buyer.
Full payment will be received for the equipment prior to removal. The sale of the items shall be subject to the laws of Alberta.
