Buyer will pick up the items within 30 days of the sale. The seller is not responsible for any kind of loading or removal of the items on site. All equipment and personnel that come on site for loading transport will conform to all Inclusive Energy safety regulations and will be subject to the direction of a designated Inclusive Energy supervisor during the removal process. Inclusive Energy will allow access to the site by crews and equipment required for the removal upon the review and approval of buyers plan. Buyer will pick up the items within 30 days of the sale. Any damages to the equipment during loading or removal is at the expense and responsibility of the buyer.
