Removal Terms

REMOVAL - No lot can, on any account, be removed during the auction sale. Removal is at the expense, risk and liability of the purchaser. Purchases will be released only upon presentation of paid bill. The auctioneer will not be responsible for items not removed within the time allowed, but does have the option to remove and store, at the risk and expense of the purchaser, any article purchased but not paid for and removed within the time limit mentioned earlier. It is the responsibility of the buyer to completely remove any article purchased by him and should any part of any such article be abandoned, the buyer will be liable for any expense involved in its removal. Additionally, if the equipment is not removed by the specified removal date, each individual company will be charged $250.00 per day to do any removal. All bills must be paid immediatley of the end of the sale (Receiving your winning notice/invoice from AUCTO) NO LATER THEN JUNE 30, 2017 Removal of purchased items can be scheduled for: JUNE 29 & 30 from 8:30am-4:30pm, JULY 5 & 6 from 8:30am-4:30pm OR by appoint after that with a fee of $250.00 per day. Riggers that will be onsite for removal: All pricing for each piece is listed on auction catalog.
