Removal Terms: • Buyer is responsible for scheduling logistics and providing shipping related documents to the seller. • Buyer should provide seller with BOL and time of arrival to ensure no delays during pick up. • If Buyer personally picks up, they must follow all health and safety protocols set by the seller • Payment must be made in full before assets are removed from site. • Assets have been removed and are ready to loaded onto buyers truck. Seller will help with loading onto buyers truck.(except for Lot#1, please contact Seller to arrange for loading or Buyer should bring own equipment to load onto their own truck)
