Auction Removal Dates: November 9th & 10th; November 13th - 17th; November 20th & 21st from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. 1. No items will be removed during the Auction. 2. All items must be removed by the date and time stated or they will be considered abandoned. Any funds deposited will be retained by the Auctioneer as liquidated damages without further notice being given. 3. All items to be removed by Tuesday, November 21st, 4:00pm. The absolute last day to remove any items. There will be no exemptions. 4. Removal by a Third Party: The Buyer must issue a release to the third party with a copy to the Auctioneer. 5. The Auctioneer is not responsible for equipment removed by a third party. The Auctioneer or its representative does NOT have the proper loading tools. Loading is the responsibility of the Buyer. 6. Riggers must give the Auctioneer a copy of their insurance covering Workman's Compensation and Liability in the amount of $1,000,000 or more. All areas must be left clean, no abandonment. 7. No power equipment will be allowed without a copy of their insurance covering Workman's Compensation and Liability in the amount of $1,000,000 or more provided to Auctioneer.
