THE ACER E-MILL EVS 3VSII VARIABLE SPEED VERTICAL MILL FEATURES A ROBUST 9" X 49" TABLE WITH 28" LONGITUDINAL TRAVEL AND 12" CROSS TRAVEL, SUPPORTING A TABLE LOAD UP TO 750 LBS. THE MACHINE IS POWERED BY A 3 HP SPINDLE MOTOR UTILIZING AN R8 TAPER. SPINDLE SPEEDS ARE INFINITELY VARIABLE, RANGING FROM 60 TO 4500 RPM. KEY MOVEMENTS INCLUDE 16" KNEE VERTICAL TRAVEL AND 12" RAM TRAVEL. THE HEAD OFFERS VERSATILITY WITH 90-DEGREE RIGHT/LEFT MOVEMENT AND 45-DEGREE FRONT/BACK TILT. THE QUILL HAS A 3.375" DIAMETER AND 5" TRAVEL, SUPPORTED BY POWER QUILL FEEDS OF 0.0015", 0.003", AND 0.006" IPR. APPROXIMATE DIMENSIONS ARE 67" X 63" X 71", WITH A TOTAL WEIGHT OF 2380 LBS. THE MILL COMES EQUIPPED WITH A NEWALL DP700 DIGITAL READOUT, A MITUTOYO Z-AXIS READOUT, "EVS" ELECTRONIC VARIABLE SPEED, POWER LONGITUDINAL TABLE FEED, AND 1-SHOT LUBRICATION.
