The TOS WHN 13 MC HORIZONTAL BORING MILL is a robust machine controlled by a CNC system, with options including HEIDENHAIN iTNC 530, SINUMERIK 840 D, or FANUC 31i. It features a workspindle with a 130 mm (5.12 inch) diameter, an ISO 50 clamping taper, and a speed range of 10 to 3300 rpm, driven by a 37 kW main motor delivering a maximum torque of 2500 Nm. The machine offers substantial travel capabilities: X-axis (Table Transversal) travel is 2000 / 3500 mm (up to 236.22 inches), Y-axis (Headstock Vertical) travel is 2000 / 2500 / 3000 mm (up to 137.80 inches), Z-axis (Column Longitudinal) travel is 1250 mm, and W-axis (Spindle) travel is 800 mm (126.00 inches). Rapid traverse rates for X, Y, and Z are 10000 mm/min, with 8900 mm/min for W. The machine accommodates a maximum table clamping surface of 1800 x 2500 mm, supporting a maximum table loading capacity of 12000 kg. With a total power consumption of 82 kVA, the machine's weight ranges from 40000 to 45000 kg, depending on the configuration.
