The machine operates with a 4-axis configuration including a full 360° B-axis rotation, optimized for high-accuracy complex machining tasks. Its spindle is a #50 taper design, rated at 30 HP for continuous operation with optional upgrades to 40 HP, spinning up to 10,000 rpm standard, with a 15,000 rpm upgrade option for high-speed machining. The spindle incorporates a pre-load self-adjusting system to maintain consistent precision across the speed range. The travel capacities are ample, with 51.18" (X), 39.37" (Y, optional 49.21"), and 43.31" (Z, optional 55.12"), with rapid traverse rates up to 1,886 ipm on all axes, ensuring efficient material removal.
