It operates with a vertical spindle equipped with a BT50 taper, delivering up to 6,000 RPM and powered by a 35 HP motor rated for 30 minutes, ideal for high-torque heavy-duty machining tasks. The machine supports a 3-axis configuration standard, with an optional 4-axis setup, allowing travel along the X, Y, and Z axes of 235", 125", and 43" respectively, extendable up to 1414", 165", and 78". Rapid traverse rates reach 394 inches per minute across all axes with a maximum feed rate of 236 inches per minute. The tooling system includes a 32-tool Automatic Tool Changer (ATC), facilitating efficient tool management without a pallet changer. No rotary table or U-axis is integrated.
