This vertical machining center features a robust 47.2" x 23.6" table capable of supporting workpieces up to 2,000 lbs, ideal for heavy-duty machining tasks. It is equipped with a #40 BIG PLUS taper spindle delivering up to 12,000 RPM with a 25 HP motor rated for 30-minute intervals, providing high-speed and powerful cutting performance. The machine includes a 30-station automatic tool changer (ATC) with an optional upgrade to 48 tools, enabling efficient tool management and rapid tool changes in 3 seconds. The feed axes consist of 3 standard axes (X, Y, Z) with travels of 40", 24", and 24" respectively, all supporting rapid traverse speeds of 1,690 IPM for swift repositioning and increased productivity. An optional 4th axis axis is available for enhanced machining flexibility. The machine's precision components, including the rigid spindle design and high-speed ATC, support precision machining of complex parts.
