The machine utilizes a 3-axis configuration (expandable to 4 axes), with extensive travel ranges of 137.8" (X), 86.61" (Y), and 82.68" (Z), all capable of rapid traverses up to 1,179 inches per minute, enabling efficient high-speed cutting operations. A 120-tool automatic tool changer (ATC) is standard, with an option to increase capacity to 570 tools, and tool change chip time of 18 seconds optimizes tool swap efficiency. Pallet handling is flexible, with an optional pallet changer supporting 2 pallets, expandable up to 8, facilitating continuous production cycles and reducing downtime.
