The machine is equipped with a robust horizontal spindle featuring an HSK-A 100 taper, standard 4,000 RPM rotational speed, and an optional upgrade to 6,000 RPM. The spindle power is substantial, rated at 49.3 HP for 30-minute duty cycle, with an optional 80 HP upgrade for demanding machining tasks. The automatic tool changer (ATC) accommodates 120 tools as standard, expandable to 570 tools, with a 15-second tool change chip time. Additionally, an optional pallet changer supports 2 pallets, extendable to 8 pallets, enabling efficient workpiece handling and minimizing downtime. The machining center operates with 3 axes (X, Y, and Z), with optional 4th-axis functionality, providing a large travel envelope of up to 137.8" in X, 98.4" in Y, and 98.4" in Z, all capable of rapid traverse rates of 1,768 inches per minute.
