The spindle delivers up to 5,000 RPM and 1.00 HP, ensuring efficient material removal rates for a range of metals including aluminum and steel. The machine’s slide-type primary tool carrier allows for one simultaneous cutting tool, with X-axis travel of 3.380 inches and Z-axis travel of 8.000 inches, both axes offering a rapid traverse and maximum feed rate of 47 inches per minute. The Mirac PC is equipped with a powerful 0.75 kW spindle motor and accurate stepper motors for precise axis control, with machine operation managed via a Windows-based PC (not included). Optional features include an 8-station programmable indexing turret, pneumatic safety guard door, spray mist coolant system, pneumatic chuck, tailstock, and various tooling and workholding packages. The system is CE approved, fully enclosed with a high-visibility interlocked guard, and supports flexible workholding and programming options, including ISO format and integration with CAD/CAM software. Feedrate and spindle speed override controls, along with on-screen industrial control representation, enhance usability and adaptability for diverse machining tasks.
