The DN Solutions DBC 110 Horizontal Machining Center is a heavy-duty, high-precision CNC horizontal boring mill designed for machining large and heavy workpieces. It features a robust horizontal spindle with CAT 50 taper, optional Big Plus CAT 50 taper, and a maximum spindle speed of 4,000 RPM powered by a 34 HP (optional 40 HP) motor. The machine includes a sizable table measuring 70.9 inches in length and 55.1 inches in width, supporting workpieces up to 22,045 lbs. The table and spindle travels are extensive, offering 98.4 inches in the X-axis, 78.7 inches in the Y-axis, 59.1 inches in the Z-axis, and a full 360° B-axis rotation for versatile four-axis machining, with an option to add a fifth axis. It features a 40-tool automatic tool changer (ATC), expandable up to 120 tools, with zero tool change chip time to maximize productivity. Rapid traverse and max feed rates reach 315 inches per minute, enabling efficient heavy-duty cutting. Optional support for indexing and rotary tables enhances workpiece positioning flexibility.
