DN Solutions DNM 200 / 5AX VERTICAL MACHINING CENTER

The DN Solutions DNM 200/5AX is a 5-axis vertical machining center designed for high-performance precision machining. It features a compact worktable measuring 7.9" x 7.9" with a maximum workpiece load capacity of 88 lbs. The machine incorporates a vertical spindle with a BT #40 taper, optionally CT #40, delivering up to 12,000 RPM and a peak motor power of approximately 24.8 HP (around 18.5 kW according to some sources). This spindle provides high torque of roughly 86 ft-lbs enabling efficient cutting and acceleration/deceleration in about 2.2 seconds from 0 to 12,000 RPM. The tool management system includes a 30-tool ATC (automatic tool changer) as standard with an option to expand to 40 tools, enabling rapid tool changes—1.3 seconds for tool change and 3.7 seconds tool change chip time. The machine travels include X: 15.7", Y: 17.1", Z: 19.7" axes, with rapid traverse rates up to 1,417 ipm on all three linear axes. The rotary axis (A) provides 150° of rotation, supporting complex 5-axis operations. Optional features include a rotary table and pallet changer to enhance automation and versatility.
