The DN Solutions HM 1000 is a three-axis horizontal machining center designed for mid-range production environments. Featuring a CAT50 spindle with a maximum speed of 6,000 RPM and 30 HP output (30-minute rating), the machine delivers robust cutting performance suitable for ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The system accommodates workpieces up to 6,613 lbs on its 39.37" x 39.37" index table, with an optional rotary table for enhanced flexibility. The automatic tool changer (ATC) carries up to 120 tools with an upgrade capacity of 196 tools, achieving tool change times of 8.5 seconds and chip-to-chip times of 13.5 seconds for improved productivity. The machine provides three-axis control with generous travel distances: 82.8" on the X-axis, and 49.2" on both Y and Z axes, all equipped with rapid traverse rates of 945 ipm and maximum feed rates of 472 ipm. The horizontal spindle orientation enables efficient multi-sided machining and allows automatic chip evacuation, reducing manual intervention.
