This vertical CNC machining center features a 28" x 18.7" work table with a maximum workpiece capacity of 660 lbs, supported by a standard index table with optional rotary table capability. The machine is equipped with a CAT40 spindle operating at a standard 10,000 RPM with an optional 12,000 RPM configuration, delivering 25 HP at the 30-minute rating. The 40-tool automatic tool changer provides rapid tool changes in 1.3 seconds, with an additional 4.3-second chip time capability. The three-axis configuration offers 22" X-travel, 16.9" Y-travel, and 22.4" Z-travel, all achieving maximum feed rates of 708 ipm and rapid traverse rates of 1,575 ipm. An optional fourth B-axis (360° rotary) enables advanced multi-axis machining capabilities. The standard pallet changer accommodates two pallets, allowing continuous production with minimal downtime.
