The Enshu GE40H Horizontal Machining Center is a compact, high-performance CNC machine designed for high-volume and precision part production. Featuring a robust 400mm (15.748") pallet and a BIGPlus/CAT40 tool taper, the GE40H delivers exceptional rigidity and accuracy for demanding machining applications. The machine offers generous axis travels of 19.7" (500mm) on the X and Y axes, and 20" (508mm) on the Z axis, enabling efficient processing of a wide range of workpieces. Its direct-coupled spindle provides a maximum speed of 12,000 RPM and 33.5 hp power, ensuring high-speed cutting and superior surface finishes. The automatic tool changer (ATC) accommodates up to 40 tools, minimizing non-cutting time and maximizing productivity. The GE40H is equipped with a rotary automatic pallet changer, supporting two 400mm pallets with a total capacity of 1,760 lbs (798 kg), allowing for continuous operation and reduced downtime. Rapid traverse rates reach 2,362 IPM (60,000 mm/min) on all axes, while the machine’s advanced thermal stability design ensures consistent accuracy and reliability even under heavy use.
