This 20,000-pound machine features a robust 30 hp spindle motor capable of 13,000 RPM with CAT40 taper compatibility. The dual-pallet shuttle system accommodates 19.7" x 19.7" workholding surfaces, enabling uninterrupted production cycles through full B-axis rotation for simultaneous multi-face machining. Axis travels measure 23.6" (X and Y) and 24.8" (Z), providing ample working envelope for mid-size components. The 60-position automatic tool changer facilitates rapid tool changes with approximately 6-second APC cycles, while the Fanuc 18iMB CNC control incorporates custom macro B programming and part probing capabilities. Operating speeds reach 1,970 ipm rapid traverse and 0-591 ipm cutting feedrates, accommodating diverse material requirements. The machine incorporates through-spindle coolant delivery at 256 psi with ceiling shower coolant systems and rear-discharge chip conveyors for efficient chip management.
