The FEELER FV-600 is a versatile vertical machining center designed for precision manufacturing of medium-sized components. The FV-600 is equipped with a spindle taper of BT40 or CAT-40, capable of 6,000 RPM maximum speed with rapid traverse rates of 24 m/min across all axes. The 15 kVA power consumption enables consistent high-torque operations suitable for both roughing and finishing work. An 18-position automatic tool changer facilitates efficient production runs with approximately 7-11 second tool-to-tool change times. Available with multiple CNC control options including FANUC OMC, SIEMENS SINUMERIK, and MITSUBISHI M50 systems, the FV-600 delivers positioning accuracy of ±0.0075mm with repeatability of ±0.005mm.
