The HR-120 supports 3 axes of movement as standard, with an optional 4th axis, offering travel distances of 120" in X, 55" in Y, and 50" in Z axes. All axes have a maximum feed rate and rapid traverse of 600 inches per minute. The tooling system includes an optional automatic tool changer (ATC) that can handle 24 tools, with an option to expand to 40 tools, and achieves tool change times as fast as 4 seconds. This configuration enables continuous and efficient machining processes with minimized downtime.
