The machine is equipped with a powerful spindle capable of up to 12,000 RPM, compatible with ISO40, BT40, and CAT40 tool tapers, supported by a 30-tool automatic tool changer to maximize efficiency and reduce downtime. The robust construction includes a stiff cast iron C-frame for high stability and thermal consistency, allowing for heavy-duty milling under loads up to 450 kg on the working table with a Ø630 mm T-slot rotary table. Its CNC control utilizes the HEIDENHAIN TNC 640 system, renowned for advanced digital drive technology, high contour accuracy, and extensive functionality including milling, turning, grinding, and 5-axis simultaneous machining.
