A+Technical Description
This high-performance 5-axis CNC machining center features a robust rotary table/trunnion system designed for 4th axis operation, supporting a large 47.25" x 23.62" table/pallet for versatile workholding. The machine delivers extensive travel ranges: 40.16" in X, 24.02" in Y, and 24.02" in Z, enabling the machining of complex, multi-sided parts with minimal repositioning. Equipped with a BT40 Big Plus 40 spindle taper, the spindle achieves 12,000 RPM and is powered by a 15 HP motor, ensuring high rigidity, accuracy, and extended tool life. The spindle nose-to-table distance is adjustable from 3.94" to 27.96", accommodating a wide range of part geometries. A 30-tool side-mount automatic tool changer streamlines production, while control options include a color monitor and a 15" LCD screen for intuitive operation. The machine is outfitted with advanced features such as a dual wind hollow shaft motor, coolant chip flush system, manual chip wash gun, spindle chiller, circular flushing, and a 3-color stack light. It is prepped for 1,000 PSI thru-spindle coolant with a rotary union and wired for Renishaw OMP40-2, OML-2T, and OTS interface for probing and tool setting. Coolant is delivered at 280 PSI, and a chip conveyor ensures efficient chip removal. Additional options include chip blast, mist collector, worklight, auto power off, and manual central grease lubrication, making this machine ideal for demanding production environments.
