Technical Description

The HELLER H 4000 Horizontal Machining Center is a robust, high-precision 4-axis CNC machine designed for demanding production environments. Featuring a horizontal spindle configuration, it delivers outstanding process stability, reliability, and productivity even under extreme loads and continuous 3-shift operation. The machine offers an X, Y, and Z-axis travel of 31.496 inches (800 mm) each, providing generous working space for a wide range of workpiece sizes. The rotary table (B-axis) enables continuous 360° rotation, supporting complex machining strategies and high circular milling torque. The pallet dimensions are 19.685 inches (500 mm) in width and 24.803 inches (630 mm) in length, with a maximum table load capacity of 1,400 kg, making it suitable for heavy and large components. The H 4000 is equipped with a high-performance HSK-A 63 tool shank, ensuring excellent tool rigidity and precision.
