Its horizontal spindle is engineered with a #60 taper, capable of speeds up to 2,500 RPM, with an optional increase to 3,000 RPM, powered by a 30 HP motor rated for 30-minute intervals. The machine includes an automatic tool changer (ATC) with 32 tools standard, expandable optionally to 120 tools, enabling high-efficiency machining. Pallet changer capability is optional, with configurations supporting two pallets standard and up to six pallets optionally, enhancing automation and workflow continuity. It operates with 4 axes (X, Y, Z, and B rotational axis), with an option for a 5-axis version, delivering extensive machining flexibility. Axis travels for the standard configuration are 78.74" (X, up to 118.11" optional), 47.24" (Y, up to 62.99" optional), 23.62" (Z), all with a rapid traverse and feed rates up to 394 inches per minute. The B axis provides a full 360° rotation for versatile angular machining.
