KOMATSU NTC NH4L HORIZONTAL MACHINING CENTER

The Komatsu NTC NH4L is a horizontal machining center designed for high-precision, medium-duty machining tasks. It features a robust horizontal #40 taper spindle capable of up to 8,000 RPM and a 25 HP motor rated for 30 minutes, providing adequate power for various machining operations. The machine supports a table size of 19.7" (L) by 15.8" (W) and can handle workpieces weighing up to 1,000 lbs. Its 3-axis system offers travels of 19.7" in X and Z, with an optional Z axis extension to 23.6", and 15.8" in Y. All axes feature a rapid traverse rate of 1,970 inches per minute and a maximum feed rate of 394 inches per minute, enabling efficient and swift tool movement. Equipped with an automatic tool changer (ATC) holding 10 tools as standard, it also offers an optional upgrade for a 21-tool capacity, enhancing tool availability and reducing downtime. The support index table is optional for enhanced workpiece indexing, but there is no integrated rotary table standard.
