The 2014 Makino A51 NX Horizontal Machining Center is a high-performance, 40-taper production machine engineered for precision, speed, and reliability in demanding manufacturing environments. Equipped with the advanced Pro 5 Control system, this HMC delivers seamless operation, robust programming capabilities, and intuitive user interface for efficient part production. The machine features a 60-tool Automatic Tool Changer (ATC), supporting rapid tool changes with a tool-to-tool time of just 0.9 seconds and chip-to-chip time of 2.2 seconds, minimizing non-cutting time and maximizing throughput.
