MATSUURA H.PLUS-300 HORIZONTAL MACHINING CENTER

The Matsuura H.Plus-300 is a compact horizontal machining center engineered for high-speed, high-precision machining with optimized floor space usage. It features a horizontal CAT #40/BT spindle with a standard maximum speed of 15,000 RPM, optionally upgraded to 20,000 RPM or HSK-A63 taper, delivering a spindle motor power of up to 18.5 kW and torque of approximately 108.5 Nm at 1,320 min⁻¹. The machine supports a workpiece weight up to 550 lbs on its 11.81" x 11.81" table and offers a standard 3-axis travel range of 19.68" (X), 22.04" (Y), and 19.68" (Z), each with a rapid traverse rate of 2,362 inches per minute for fast material handling. Equipped with a standard 60-tool BT 40-type automatic tool changer, the H.Plus-300 can be optionally upgraded to support up to 520 tools and up to 15 pallets for enhanced automation and increased productivity. The pallet changer is standard with two pallets, supporting flexible production setups. The machine includes a standard rotary table with optional direct drive motor and high-speed indexing of up to 100 min⁻¹, facilitating efficient multi-axis operations.
