This high-performance horizontal machining center features a robust CAT 40 spindle with a maximum speed of 12,000 RPM and a 20 HP spindle motor, delivering exceptional cutting power and precision. The machine is equipped with a 120-tool automatic tool changer and a 2-pallet changer for continuous, efficient production. The table measures 24.8" x 24.8" and supports a maximum load of 1,100 lbs, while the X, Y, and Z-axis travels are 29.9", 33.4", and 22" respectively, providing a large work envelope for versatile machining applications. Rapid traverse rates reach 1,969 IPM across all axes, and cutting feed rates range from 0.04 to 1,969 IPM, enabling both high-speed and fine finishing operations.
