The Niigata Machine Techno USA HN80D-FC is a high-precision, heavy-duty horizontal machining center designed for demanding manufacturing environments. It features a **31.5" x 31.5"** standard table capable of supporting workpieces up to **5,500 lbs**, with optional support for rotary tables. The machine operates on **six axes**, including a standard U axis and a quill-type W axis integrated into the facing head for enhanced turning, facing, boring, and milling functions in one setup. The spindle is horizontal with a **CAT #50 taper**, delivering up to **1,500 RPM** powered by a **35 HP motor** rated for 30 minutes, suited for heavy cutting and tough materials.
Equipped with an automatic tool changer (ATC) holding **60 tools** standard, expandable to **239 tools**, the HN80D-FC enables efficient, continuous production.
