The Niigata Machine Techno USA MPN 80 is a robust horizontal machining center designed for heavy-duty precision machining. A 60-tool automatic tool changer (ATC) is standard, with an option to increase tool capacity to 314, supporting efficient and flexible machining operations, with a tool change time of approximately 3 seconds and chip-to-chip time of 8 seconds. The unit includes a pallet changer with two pallets for optimized workflow. The machining center supports 3 axes with an option for a 4th axis, featuring X, Y, and Z travels of 59.05", 47.24", and 48.03" respectively, each capable of a maximum feed rate and rapid traverse of 1,575 inches per minute.
