CONSTRUCTED WITH A ROBUST CAST-IRON FRAME, IT FEATURES A 630 X 630 MM (24.8" X 24.8") DUAL-PALLET ROTARY SHUTTLE SYSTEM CAPABLE OF HANDLING WORKPIECES UP TO 1,050 MM IN DIAMETER AND 1,200 MM IN HEIGHT, WITH A MAXIMUM WEIGHT CAPACITY OF 1,200 KG (2,645 LBS). AXIS TRAVELS ARE 1,000 MM (39.37") IN X, 900 MM (35.43") IN Y, AND 1,000 MM (39.37") IN Z, SUPPORTED BY A RAPID TRAVERSE RATE OF 60 M/MIN (2,362 IPM). THE STANDARD CAT50 BIG-PLUS SPINDLE DELIVERS 30/22 KW (40/30 HP) OF POWER AND 606 NM OF TORQUE, WITH SPEEDS RANGING FROM 50 TO 6,000 RPM, ALTHOUGH OPTIONS UP TO 20,000 RPM ARE AVAILABLE. TOOLING IS MANAGED VIA A HIGH-CAPACITY AUTOMATIC TOOL CHANGER, OFTEN CONFIGURED WITH 60 OR 110 STATIONS, SUPPORTING TOOLS UP TO 25 KG (55 LBS) WITH A CHIP-TO-CHIP TIME OF APPROXIMATELY 4.4 SECONDS. PRECISION IS MAINTAINED THROUGH THE PROPRIETARY OSP-P300MA CNC CONTROL AND THERMAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS LIKE THE THERMO-FRIENDLY CONCEPT. ADDITIONAL TECHNICAL FEATURES INCLUDE THROUGH-SPINDLE COOLANT AND OPTIONAL "ECO SUITE" ENERGY-SAVING FUNCTIONS.
