The standard configuration includes a CAT #40 taper spindle operating at 8,000 rpm with 15 hp output, expandable to 30 hp with optional high-speed spindles reaching 15,000 rpm or higher. Three linear axes deliver 41.34" (X), 22.05" (Y), and 18.11" (Z) travel distances, with rapid traverse rates of 1,575 ipm on X-Y axes and uniform 787 mm/min cutting feedrates across all axes. The machine incorporates a 48-position automatic tool changer with 1.2-second tool change time, minimizing non-cutting cycles. Advanced thermal control ensures dimensional stability during extended production runs, while the ergonomic front-access design maximizes productivity within minimal floor space. Optional configurations include high-power spindles (up to 40 hp), alternative taper sizes (CAT #50), and pallet changer systems for unmanned machining.
