The SIRMU VLPF is a CNC vertical turning and milling center engineered for precision multi-tasking operations. This machine accommodates workpieces up to 59 inches in diameter with maximum turning lengths of 31 inches (expandable to 39 inches) using a 59-inch chuck capacity. The primary spindle operates at 450 RPM with 80 horsepower, providing substantial cutting power for heavy-duty turning applications across aerospace, energy, railway, and precision mechanics industries. Equipped with a secondary rotary tool spindle delivering 49 horsepower at 3,000 RPM, the VLPF enables simultaneous milling, drilling, and grinding operations without interrupting primary turning cycles. The two-axis CNC configuration features 92 inches of X-axis travel and 157 inches of Y-axis travel, with optional Z-axis travel extending to 47 inches for enhanced vertical reach. Maximum feed rates reach 157 inches per minute with rapid traverse capability of 472 inches per minute, ensuring efficient cycle times.
