The TongTai HB630-5AX Horizontal Machining Center is a high-performance 5-axis CNC machine designed for precision and heavy-duty machining applications. Featuring a robust 25.000" x 25.000" table, it supports workpieces up to 1,760 lbs, making it ideal for large and complex parts. The horizontal spindle utilizes a #50 taper with an optional HSK 100 taper, delivering up to 12,000 RPM and 40 HP (30-minute rating) for powerful, high-speed cutting. The machine is equipped with an automatic tool changer (ATC) supporting 60 standard tools and up to 120 with the optional extension, ensuring efficient tool management and reduced downtime. Tool change time is a rapid 2.1 seconds, enhancing productivity. A standard pallet changer with two pallets enables continuous operation, maximizing throughput. The 5-axis configuration includes X, Y, Z, A, and B axes, with X, Y, and Z travel of 39.3", 39.3", and 33.0" respectively, and B-axis rotation of 360° and A-axis rotation of 130°, providing exceptional flexibility for complex geometries.
