This CNC lathe features a 7.87-inch swing, designed for precision turning applications in compact production environments. It is equipped with the Fanuc 0i Mate T control, a reliable and user-friendly CNC system tailored for lathe operations. The Fanuc 0i Mate T offers standard features including support for up to two spindles, simultaneous control of up to four axes (three if contouring spindle is configured), and a least input increment of 0.001mm or 0.001 degree, ensuring high accuracy. The control supports manual handle interruption, incremental feed options (x1, x10, x100, x1000), and jog/handle simultaneous mode for efficient manual operation. Rapid traverse feedrate override is available with preset values of 25%, 50%, and 100%, while automatic acceleration/deceleration and cutting feedrate clamp functions optimize machining performance. The system provides auxiliary function support with M8-digit commands, high-speed M/S/T/B interface, and multiple auxiliary command capability. Spindle control includes S5-digit binary and serial output, constant surface speed control, spindle override (0–254%), spindle speed fluctuation detection, orientation, positioning, and rigid tapping. Tool management is enhanced with T7+1/T6+2 digit tool function, 64 tool offset pairs, and comprehensive tool compensation. The control also supports canned cycles for repetitive turning operations and offers options for expanding controllable axes up to five.
