The WFL M150 Horizontal Machining Center is a high-performance, multifunctional 5-axis CNC millturn solution designed for the precision machining of large and complex workpieces. Featuring a main spindle with a maximum turning diameter of 61.410" and a turning length of up to 78.700", the machine supports a chuck diameter of 19.690" and a maximum swing of 58.260". The main spindle delivers 95 HP standard, with an optional boost to 167 HP, and operates at 1,000 RPM for optimal torque and productivity. The machine is equipped with an automatic tool changer (ATC) primary tool carrier, supporting up to 90 turning and 90 rotary tools, with rotary tools capable of 73 HP and 3,200 RPM. The system allows for one simultaneous cutting tool, ensuring efficient and precise operations. Axis travel includes 44.090" on X, 31.500" on Y, and 78.000" on Z (extendable to 315.000" as an option), with all axes offering a maximum feed rate and rapid traverse of 590 ipm for dynamic performance.
