Technical Description
This CNC machining center features a robust table/pallet size of 44.1" x 20.5", supporting a wide range of workpiece dimensions and configurations. The machine offers generous travel ranges: 40.00" on the X-axis, 20.40" on the Y-axis, and 21.30" on the Z-axis, enabling extensive machining capabilities. Rapid traverse rates reach 1890 IPM (X/Y) and 1260 IPM (Z), while the cutting feed rate is 786 IPM, ensuring efficient material removal and high productivity. The spindle utilizes a CAT#40 taper, operates at up to 12,000 RPM, and is powered by a 25 HP motor, providing high-speed precision for demanding applications. The spindle nose to table top distance is 27.2", allowing for tall workpieces. Tool management is streamlined with a 24-tool magazine and an arm-type tool changer, achieving a tool change time of 1.7 seconds and a chip-to-chip time of 4 seconds.
