Technical Description

The Zettelmeyer ZL502 is a compact wheel loader designed for versatile material handling with a focus on high breakout force and lifting capacity. Powered by a 4-cylinder KHD F 4L 1011 direct-aspiration engine, it delivers a gross power of 48.3 hp (36 kW) at 2800 rpm and net power of 47 hp (35 kW), with maximum torque available at 1600 rpm. The hydrostatic transmission provides smooth operation with two forward and two reverse gears, enabling a maximum travel speed of 12.5 mph (19 kph) in both directions.
