This high-performance vertical machining center features a spacious work table measuring 86.61" x 30.71" with a maximum workpiece capacity of 6,600 lbs, accommodating large and heavy components. The machine is equipped with a HSK-A63 spindle taper as standard, with optional CAT 50 configuration, delivering 27 HP at speeds up to 18,000 RPM, ensuring aggressive material removal across diverse applications. An optional 30 HP spindle operating at 12,000 RPM provides enhanced torque for heavy-duty cutting operations. The 24-station automatic tool changer, expandable to 52 stations, enables rapid tool transitions in just 4.5 seconds, with chip time of 9 seconds, significantly improving production efficiency.
