Does Aucto store my credit/debit card details? No. All credit card details are safely stored on PayPal using PayPal Vault. For security reasons, no one is authorized to retrieve credit card information from PayPal.

How do I buy lots from a liquidation? All liquidation lots have a buy now price, and approved buyers can instantly purchase the lot by simply clicking buy now, select a shipping method and pay instantly with a credit card or PayPal account.

I already have an account, and I'm trying to bid in an auction. Why can't I bid? You must have a verified Aucto account You must register and be approved by the auctioneer for that event. The auctioneer ultimately decides whether you can participate in their auction events. If you have any questions about registering for an event, contact the auctioneer directly by clicking on the contact seller button from the auction page.
