How do I create an Aucto account?

By creating an account on you can participate in online auctions or list any industrial equipment or parts for sale on the marketplace.

The first step is to Mouse over “MY ACCOUNT” Button on the top right-hand side and move your mouse over the Orange button Create Account.

You will be redirected to the Create Your Account Page. Once on this page enter the following information on the page.

  • First Name – Your legal first name
  • Last Name – Your legal Last Name
  • Company Name – If you are with a company identify the company if for personal use leave the field blank
  • Email – Valid email address that you can receive emails to.
  • Password – Create a password. This password will be used to log in to your account.
  • Confirm Password – Re-enter password from the previous field.

When complete click the I’m not a robot verification followed by the create a free account button

Once the information has been submitted a pop-up will appear on the screen. Please read carefully as these are the terms & conditions for Aucto. Once read and if you agree to the terms click the blue “I agree” button in the lower right column.

Once you have agreed to the terms & conditions you will be directed to the Validation page. Navigate to your email inbox associated with the email address you had entered in previous steps. You will be receiving an email from with the following subject line Welcome to! Please check your mailbox to finish the email verification. If the email does not arrive in your inbox, please check your junk folder or any spam filters. Once you receive the email click the link in the email address to verify your account. If the email does not appear in your email address you can request a new code by clicking the blue Click here text on the validation page on Aucto.

After clicking the verification link in your email address you will be redirected to your buyer dashboard. From your dashboard, you will be able to finish setting up your account so that you are ready to start bidding. This includes verifying your account by adding a credit card, scheduling a time to speak with a buyer support representative, and setting notification preferences for how you wish Aucto to alert you to upcoming equipment and machinery for sale on the platform.

To start verifying your account click the Add Card button as displayed in the above screenshot. You can also access this page by clicking here. Before you can participate in auctions or buy items, you must verify your Aucto account. No charge will be placed on your credit card. Your credit card information will be used for verification purposes only. Once you have clicked the Add Card button you will be redirected to the verification page. In order to complete this page, you must fill out the following fields.

Billing Address:

  • Company Name
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Phone Number
  • Address Line 1
  • Address Line 2 (Optional)
  • Country
  • State/Province
  • City
  • Zip/Postal Code

After completing the billing address you can set up an optional shipping address if you do not wish to have it as the same location as the billing address. You can do this by clicking the Orange Edit Shipping address button. Lastly, you will need to add a credit card to verify your Aucto buyer account. Enter in your card number, the expiration, and CVC. Once all this has been entered click Complete Account.
