How do I verify my account?

It is important to verify your account so that you can participate in Aucto’s industrial marketplace.

  1. Before you can buy anything on Aucto or participate in an auction, you will need to verify your account. Aucto requires all buyers to verify their accounts in order to increase security and trust on the marketplace.
  2. In order to verify your account, you will need a valid credit card. No charges will be placed on this credit card, and it will only be used for authentication purposes.
  3. Log into your account.
  4. From the Aucto sign in page on the top right, you will see a red button that says unverified, go ahead and click that button.
  5. Start by creating an AuctoID, This will be your unique username within it can be seen by buyers and sellers in the marketplace.
  6. Enter your credit card information and billing address, take note that is secured with 256bit SSL Encryption.
  7. Once completed click on verify account.
  8. If the information you entered is correct, you should see a confirmation message.
  9. You will be notified by email when your account is verified, and you will then be able to participate in our marketplace as a verified member.
