Meet Brian Uller – Director – Automotive
Brian is a Sales and Marketing Executive with over 30 years of experience driving sales revenue and leading sales teams focusing on the Automotive Industry calling on OEMs and Tier One Suppliers. He has worked for multiple global Fortune 500 companies from the US, China, and Europe as a Business Unit Manager, Director of Sales and Marketing, and Director of Business Development.
Brian takes an interest in people. He has an outstanding record of building critical senior-level relationships. His sales philosophy is to be a problem solver for his customers and build trust through honesty and hard work together. He has collaborated with many CEOs and Senior Vice Presidents developing North American and European business plans in order to drive multi-million-dollar new business growth with customers such as GM and Ford. He has worked in the technology and manufacturing sectors and was successful in winning half-billion-dollar multi-year programs with Volkswagen and Mercedes-Benz. Brian has extensive international experience in developing and securing global business.
Brian likes to exercise, go to the movies and spend time with his family. He also speaks fluent German.
Meet Paul Sember – Director – Capital Projects
Paul is a proven entrepreneurial enterprise technology sales executive and leader with over 20 years of experience, excelling with fast-paced, high-growth technology companies. His background and education is in Industrial Systems and Management/Manufacturing engineering and Marketing from Arizona State University. He is very successful in selling software and service solutions as part of a start-up, mid-size, and Fortune 500 organizations…driving efficiencies through the application of technology. Paul has covered a broad range of software solutions in the areas of manufacturing and shop floor environments, data analytics, business intelligence, cloud computing, data integration, and product lifecycle management.
Prior to joining Aucto Paul has a proven track record of revenue creation with an extensive ecosystem of customers leading to Sell-To, Sell-Through, and Sell-With relationships with companies. He has been with PTC and Visionary Design Systems selling PLM solutions, Ascential/IBM selling Data Integration and Analytics solutions, Hyperion/Oracle selling analytics solutions, Sterling Commerce/IBM selling supply chain management solutions, Actuate selling score carding and BI reporting solutions, and Software selling content management.
Paul is originally from the Chicago/Northwest Indiana area and now resides in Phoenix/Scottsdale, AZ. He loves spending quality time with his wife Kimberly, his teenage daughters Kyla (20 ), and Kenzie (16 ). He enjoys being outdoors working out or practicing yoga, playing sports, or attending any kind of college or pro events, and relaxing reading a good book.
