1998 Dallas DJR Coil Feed Line, 20000 lb x 72", DPS-4 1/4-2-72 Straightener, DRF-672 Servo Feed

The Dallas DJR coil feed line features a 20,000 lb capacity and 72-inch maximum material width. The system includes a DJR-20,000#X72 coil reel with a 20 to 24-inch inside diameter, 72-inch maximum outside diameter, powered forward and reverse jog capabilities, and six keepers. An integrated LC-20,000#X72 coil lift provides an 18-inch lift height and accommodates coil outside diameters from 42 to 72 inches. Processing capabilities include a DPS-4 1/4-2-72 powered straightener equipped with seven 4-1/4-inch diameter straightening rolls, entry and exit pinch rolls, coil restrictor-debender, peeler-threader, dual exit threading tables, hand-held pendant, and Sona-Trol loop eye. The line is driven by a DRF-672 servo feed featuring 6-inch diameter feed rolls, DRF 900E control with a hand-held pendant, and an adjustable cabinet base. The straightener and servo feed handle material capacities up to 72 inches wide by .060-inch thick mild steel or 48 inches wide by .125-inch thick mild steel. The entire system operates on 480V, 3-phase, 60Hz power with a right-to-left feed direction.
