1998 Dallas DJR Coil Feed Line, 20000 lb x 72", DPS-4 Straightener, DRF Servo Feed

The Dallas DJR coil feed line features a 20,000 lb weight capacity and 72-inch width rating, operating on 480V, 3-phase, 60Hz electrical power with a right-to-left material flow direction. The integrated equipment includes a Dallas DJR-20,000#X72 coil reel handling 72-inch wide material with a 20-inch to 24-inch inside diameter, 72-inch maximum outside diameter, powered forward/reverse jog functions, and six keepers. The setup is supported by a Dallas LC-20,000#X72 coil lift offering an 18-inch lift height and accommodating coil outside diameters from 42 to 72 inches. Straightening is handled by a Dallas DPS-4 1/4-2-72 powered straightener with capacity for 72-inch by .060-inch and 48-inch by .125-inch mild steel, utilizing seven 4-1/4-inch diameter rolls, entry and exit pinch rolls, a coil restrictor-debender, peeler-threader, dual exit threading tables, a Sona-Trol loop eye, and a handheld pendant. Feeding functionality is provided by a Dallas DRF-672 servo feed featuring matching mild steel capacity, 6-inch diameter feed rolls, DRF 900E controls, a handheld pendant, and an adjustable cabinet base.
